Rakul Preet shuts down a troll after he slut-shames her on social media - read on
Telugu and Tamil actress Rakul Preet Singh shut down a Twitter user who tried to body shame her online. Rakul burnt the troll down to ashes with her reply as the user attempted to abuse the actress for her outfit in a picture that was posted by the user. The picture had Rakul wearing shorts and the user had commented on her look which didn't go down well with the actress and drew her ire. The tweet by the user was later deleted and was not found online. Rakul, few hours later, posted a tweet explaining why she decided to take on the troll in a long message. "Well for people questioning my ethics why don't you speak up when women are objectified and I've chosen my words only to make such #sickminds realise that they have a family too and how would they feel if the same is done to them ! I am sure his mother would give him a slap too," [sic] wrote Rakul in her tweet explaining why she decided to react. Well, hope this sends the message out loud and clear.

On the work front, Rakul has quite a few films in her kitty in Tamil and Hindi. The actress will pair up with Suriya Sivakumar in NGK which is directed by Selvaraghavan and the shooting of the film has been wrapped up already. The film is gearing up for a summer 2019 release. In Bollywood, Rakul will be seen in Marjawaan which also stars Ajay Devgn in the other lead role.
