Mahesh Babu's Maharshi's release date postponed again ?
Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu won the hearts of the audience with his spectacular performance in the film Bharat Ane Nenu last year. Now he is all geared up for his upcoming film Maharshi. The movie is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally and features Pooja Hegde as the female lead. Earlier, the makers planned to release the on Sankranthi this year, but because of some legal issues, the release date was moved to April 9. Now according to reports, release date of film has been postponed once again.
If sources is to be belived, Maharshi will now hit the theatres in the last week of April. The film makers have selected this date because some of Mahesh Babu's biggest hits such as Pokiri and Bharat Ane Nenu became hits after getting released during that period. Mahesh Babu’s last movie Bharat Ane Nenu released in April end last year and turned out to be a blockbuster.
Maharshi’s latest schedule was shot at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. The cast and crew of the film will soon move to Pollachi, Tamil Nadu for its next schedule. Maharshi also stars Allari Naresh in a vital role and is woven around the life of three friends played by Mahesh Babu, Pooja and Allari.
