Mikhael Public Review: A mixed response for this Nivin Pauly-starrer action thriller
Nivin Pauly's Mikhael has released today worldwide and the action-thriller has been receiving a mixed response from the audience. Directed by Haneef Adeni, Mikhael has Nivin in an action avatar which is the Premam actor s first attempt at this genre. Twitter feels that the film has very few moments which give a high and otherwise is a hum-drum affair. Nivin is receiving great appreciation from all around for his intense portrayal while Unni Mukundan is being lauded for taking up a role which is brief yet impactful. #Mikhael had its fair share of whistle worthy moments in 2nd haf, but with things being stretched out after a point the overall impact was definitely missing in the end, an OK second half.

The film also stars Manjima Mohan who hasn't been mentioned by any viewers in their opinions. Music by Gopi Sundar, as always, stands out and leaves you asking for more, feels the audience. Besides these three lead actors, Mikhael also stars Siddique, Sudev Nair, J D Chakravarthy, Shanthi Krishna and Suraj Venjaramood in important roles.
.Mikhael is the first association of Nivin and Haneef who is known for making films like The Great Grandfather and Rajadhi Raja with Mammootty in the lead role. This action-thriller is being produced by Anto Joseph.
